Our factories cover a total area about 29 thousand square meters in Dongguan and 21 thousand square meters in Shenzhen respectively.

We have set up workshops for die-casting, spraying and assembling, and we are able to independently finish a series of working procedures, including mould design, production, die casting, mechanical processing, surface processing (lacquer and plastic spraying) and assembling. Our equipment includes auto spraying lines, aluminum die-casting surface processing equipment and assembly lines for lamps from ITW Gema AG Switzerland Company.

So far, our annual production capability has reached 3 million pieces of lamps and 1, 000 tons of all kinds of aluminum and zinc alloy die-casting products.

We have about 480 staff members, and 35 of them are project technicians for aluminum die-casting design, workmanship and spraying. They all have strong abilities.

We always pay great attention to the development of products and the control of quality. Depending on the overseas advanced technology and information, we have developed a batch of new products with high content, fashionable design and good market prospect. Our products have obtained international safety certificates, such as GS, CE, UL, CUL, SASO and NF, and CCC certificates in China. Meanwhile, we have attained ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification.

We also use Internet in international marketing and internal management and almost finished the establishment of global sales network through electronic commerce. No-paper office with computer management has been applied into every procedure including supplying, production, sales, human resource, finance and property, and we realize the full-orientation computerized management.
